Ordering and Payment

  • J-Eastermann will only accept an order once payment is intimation received by our payment service provider 2Checkout.com.
     
  • All confirmed orders will only be entertained and once, we received confirmed order then you may not change the contents of ordered products so be careful while you are placing your order i.e. size, color etc.
     
  • All single item confirmed orders will be subject to availability of products and will be shipped within 15 working days and multiple products order can take more than 15 working days period.
     
  • Goods from J-Eastermann.com only transfer ownership when full payment is received.
     
  • Payment can only be made by using services provided by 2CheckOut.com.
     
  • We will only accept your orders upon payment notification by 2CheckOut.com and while there is no notification by 2CheckOut.com then there will be no contract between you and J-Eastermann.com.

Delivery

  • Post/Courier Duties or costs will be fully payable by the customer.
     
  • The total delivery time can take up to 15 working days after products shipped by our premises, however this is only an estimate and exact time frame will be given by courier Company and we will notify you via email if there is a delay in delivery of your order.
     
  • The delivery of all  single item confirmed orders will be made within 15 working days and delivery of multiple products can take more than 15 days period if there is delay we will keep you inform by e-mail.
     
  • All the prospective customers are requested please note that J-Eastermann.com will not take any responsibility of courier mishandling/damages nor short products delivery and it will be absolutely on customer’s risk.
     
  • Customers must contact J-Eastermann.com of faulty goods within one day of receipt via email at info@j-eastermann.com .
     
  • If parcels are not received by the customers due to being lost or misplaced in the postal\courier system, J-Eastermann.com will endeavour to track and retrieve the item and will inform you accordingly and as mentioned above the goods are delivered 100% on customer’s risk.

Returns – Refunds and Exchanges

  • Returns of the goods are not permitted once delivered you.
     
  • Refunds – Goods will be refunded if they are faulty when dispatched. 
     
  • Refunds will only be given if goods are unused, unworn, unwashed.
     
  • Refunds will not be given for goods ordered in error.  Please ensure that the correct specification (e.g. colour and size) is selected at time of ordering. Goods returned must be undamaged and in the condition they were delivered to you.
     
  • The returning cost of courier in case of Refunds will be bear by buyers.
     
  • The refunds for faulty goods will attract US$: 20 as deduction to settle the cost of payment refunds.
     
  • The Exchange of goods are not allowed once delivered.
